Sprint planning meetings often run over. Could we time-box the discussion phases more strictly - maybe a 5-min cap per item before deferring to a side thread?

Improvement jar
An anonymous channel for talents to surface what could be better - suggestions, concerns, complaints, questions, and praise. You read, decide, and (when it matters) act.
You will never see who wrote an entry. Talzy holds the audit trail solely for abuse moderation. When the engagement team is small enough that authorship could be guessed, Talzy batches entries before surfacing them here.

Decisions about scope sometimes happen in side channels we don't see. We find out we're working on something different two days later. Visibility would help us plan.

Last-minute requests on Fridays before long weekends have happened twice in the last month. It's hard to plan personal time when this becomes a pattern.

Could we get a heads-up on the headcount plan for Q3? Some of us are thinking about our own career trajectory and would like to understand the shape of the team.
Raised with Sara on Apr 22 - she's getting context from finance before we commit.
Phil Murray·1w agoSara confirmed: finance is OK to share Q3 headcount shape but not exact numbers. Will draft an FAQ-style response.

Demo days have become a bit of a PR theater. Could we keep them more honest about what's not working too - even a 5-minute 'what we struggled with' segment?
Action planAdd a 'what didn't work this sprint' segment to demo day. Lead engineer rotates each demo. Start next demo.
