Talzy Principles

The public code of conduct that applies to every client, talent, and TSM. Read once, act by it always.

17 principles4 pillarsUpdated Mar 2026

These principles apply to everyone on Talzy. The same code of conduct that clients hold themselves to, TSMs run the engagement by, and talents are represented under. If any of them feels ambiguous in your situation, raise it with your TSM.

4 principles

Integrity & trust

How we agree, negotiate, and hold our word.

1

We Fight for You — But You Stand on Integrity

When you join Talzy, we represent you.

We protect your interests.

We negotiate for you.

In return, we expect honesty, transparency, and integrity.

We cannot defend what we don't know. And we don't defend dishonesty.

2

Your Salary Is Your Commitment

We always start from the salary you ask for.

If we agree on it — that is the deal.

For the first 12 months, we do not renegotiate.

If your expectations change materially, we part ways respectfully.

Talzy is built on long-term trust, not opportunistic behavior.

3

We Negotiate Transparently

If you want:

  • a better laptop
  • study support
  • certification budget
  • time off planning
  • performance-based raise

We ask the client.

But we do it transparently.

If salary adjustments are requested, we present:

  • your performance
  • market benchmarks
  • internal comparisons (if relevant)

We will fight for you — but we will not mislead the client.

4

Reputation Is Currency

The world is small.

Tech is smaller.

Before every serious opportunity, someone asks for feedback. And someone answers.

Your reputation compounds — good or bad.

Protect it.

Act long-term.

Be smart.

5 principles

Community & behavior

How we treat the people around us.

5

Respect the Space

Talzy offices are shared spaces with professionals from different companies and backgrounds.

Be respectful.

Clean after yourself.

Maintain hygiene.

Protect the environment others work in.

Professionalism starts with small habits.

6

Speak Openly. No Backchannel Politics.

We do not gossip.

We do not whisper.

We do not undermine.

If you cannot say it to someone's face, don't say it behind their back.

Direct communication builds strong teams.

7

Confrontation Is Healthy. Disrespect Is Not.

Debate is welcome.

Strong opinions are welcome.

Disrespect, ego wars, and emotional attacks are not.

We value open minds and rational discussion.

8

Toxicity Has No Place Here

Talent is important. Character is non-negotiable.

Repeated toxic behavior = exit.

We choose long-term culture over short-term skill.

9

We Do Not Compete With Our Own Ecosystem

Talzy talents do not:

  • recruit other Talzy talents secretly
  • undermine each other's positions
  • create internal politics

We grow together or not at all.

4 principles

Accountability

How we raise issues and own outcomes.

10

Speak Up Early

If something feels wrong — speak up.

Silence creates resentment.

Resentment destroys teams.

Talzy cannot fix what we don't know.

11

We Are Not a Complaint Relay

If you complain to the client but never raised the issue with us first, that is not partnership.

We are your representative.

Use us.

12

Psychological Safety Is Real

If you experience:

  • toxic team behavior
  • manipulation
  • discrimination
  • unfair treatment

Inform us immediately.

We will address it seriously and professionally.

13

Exit With Class

If one day you decide to leave:

  • be transparent
  • respect notice periods
  • ensure clean handover

Leaving professionally keeps doors open forever.

Burning bridges closes industries.

4 principles

Professional standards

The bar we hold every day.

14

Performance Is the Foundation of Everything

Talzy protects high performers aggressively.

If you deliver:

  • consistently
  • reliably
  • professionally

We will go to war for you.

If performance drops, protection weakens.

Fairness is performance-based.

15

You Represent More Than Yourself

When you work through Talzy, you represent:

  • yourself
  • Talzy
  • your country
  • the entire talent pool that comes after you

One person's behavior can open or close doors for dozens of others.

Act accordingly.

16

Professionalism Is Non-Negotiable

  • Be on time.
  • Communicate clearly.
  • Deliver what you promise.
  • Don't disappear.
  • Don't ghost.

We are not freelancers jumping between gigs.

We build long-term partnerships.

17

Stability Over Drama

We prefer:

  • calm professionals
  • stable personalities
  • rational discussions

Over:

  • emotional escalation
  • impulsive decisions
  • reactive behavior

Stability wins long-term.

Still stuck?

Your Talzy Success Manager is one message away. They handle escalations that fall outside the platform - onboarding gaps, cross-border edge cases, policy interpretation.
